Who are we?


Pieter – Coach

Pieter's life revolves around sports. As a multisport athlete, Pieter has successfully participated in numerous running and triathlon events over the past years.


With podium finishes in running races such as the Abijentocht Tongerlo-Averbode & the half marathon of Kasterlee, and a PR of 34 minutes in the 10 km, Pieter holds an impressive track record as a runner. He has also completed several triathlon races, including 6 Ironman events, with the pinnacle being a successful participation in the Ironman World Championship.



As a bachelor in Physical Education, Pieter possesses in-depth knowledge of biomechanics, training principles, and physiological processes involved in improving athletic performance.

Dieter – Coach

In 2016, after a long soccer career, Dieter made the transition to endurance sports.


Just one year later, he completed his first Ironman in Maastricht, and that experience left him hungry for more. In his third Ironman, Dieter broke the magical barrier of 10 hours by finishing Ironman Switzerland in an impressive 9 hours and 19 minutes.



Driven by the desire to constantly improve through targeted and intelligent training, Dieter has accumulated extensive knowledge in training principles for endurance athletes over the past years. In 2022, Dieter realized his dream by qualifying for the Ironman World Championship in Hawaii, where he delivered another good performance.

Caroline-Kine

Caroline is an experienced physiotherapist.


At Caroline's practice, athletes can not only receive general physiotherapy but also rehabilitation services.

In addition, there are special treatments available. You can visit Caroline for dry needling, lymphatic drainage, shockwave therapy, and pelvic floor rehabilitation."

Intake meeting

During a detailed initial meeting, we take the time to get to know you better and discuss all the further details of the coaching.

Start of training

Once we have gathered all the necessary information about you, we will start planning and creating your individual training schedule as soon as possible.

Lactate testing

This test involves a progressive load where heart rate, speed, power & lactate levels are measured during exercise. The results of this test provide valuable information for determining the ideal training zones. Depending on your personal situation, we will schedule this test at the beginning of your training plan or after a few weeks. Learn more here

Continuous communication, evaluation & adjustments

Effective communication between coach and athlete is crucial to maximize the benefits of the training program. By maintaining ongoing communication about the training experience, available time, factors impacting your training schedule, etc., we ensure that your workouts fit perfectly into your schedule, allowing for a balanced work-life relationship.
